Dr. Lewis Set to Release 4th Book

Dr. Lewis and his colleague (Dr. Valerie Hill-Jackson) will release their highly anticipated teacher education book on entitled, Transforming Teacher Education: What Went Wrong with Teacher Training and How Can We Fix It (Stylus, 2010) at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the American Education Research Association (AERA). Reviewers have noted that “this volume is one of the most comprehensive and deeply analytical works to appear on teacher education in decades.”

This book features the work of Linda Darling-Hammond, Martin Haberman, Peter McLaren, Jennifer Rice and other preeminent scholars in the field of teacher education.
